Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 weeks (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). This is due to all of our items being completely handmade in our UK Studio by Lauren the owner.
Unless the item you have ordered is in Stock Ready to send - This will be with you within within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way.
Busy periods: During launches, sales and holidays, dispatch may take a little longer - thanks for your patience.
Missed, Delayed Or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, or you’ve had a missed-delivery notice, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan with your order number. Claims reported after this may not be eligible for insurance review.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel appears stuck in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of it being marked as shipped. After this timeframe, we’re unable to open a claim or request an investigation with Evri.
