Products

All of our products listed are handmade to order by Made by Her and are not eligible to be returned as they are made to fit you.

Once an order has been placed and paid for. It will go into manufacturing where fabric is ordered, it’s cut out and sewn by our staff. 

Issues Or Defects

If any problems do incur we must be notified within 7 days of your parcel being delivered. An alterations service can be provided for all garments; all items can only be made smaller or shorter, we cannot make items bigger.  

We are not responsible for customers providing incorrect measurements. A remake fee will be charged, and you will need to email us if this happens.

Returning Items

Please contact us either via Instagram Direct message @Madebyher.uk or email us lauren@madebyherclothing.co.uk to discuss returning your item.

Customer must provide returns postage for any alterations at a signed-for service. Please keep the receipt as proof of postage.
